Imagine if you could prevent your hair from breaking and repair damaged strands by linking the broken hair bonds back together again?

Olaplex is a hair repair treatment that is getting loads of fabulous reviews from the hair community, especially with people who have damaged hair from excessive bleach. It’s available in a couple of forms. Olaplex can be mixed in with colouring products to minimise damage, or used as a separate treatment.

Olaplex claims to “reconnect broken disulfate bonds in the hair.” The treatment is labelled a “bond multiplier”, which limits damage to hair during or after colouring.

A lot of people with damaged hair have managed to get amazing results from Olaplex. Obviously before trying it out on clients, I’ve tried Olaplex on my stylists here.

On the first client that we tried it on had the same reaction. Even after a big bleaching service the hair felt amazing to say it was quite dry and brittle to begin with.

I can totally see how this product has taken the industry by storm. We, as hairdressers, can feel so much better knowing your hair can feel so much better after having a colour service.
