EVA GARDNER June wishes to thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for their cards of condolence, kind expressions of sympathy, and donations received during her time of sorrow. Special thanks to the carers of Springfield Cottage past and present, Eileen and Angie for all the visits to mum, and Lisa for her warm support; grateful thanks to Helen, Lucy, Megan, Julie, Joan, Anita and Stuart. Thank you to Dr.Pollock, Dr. Rosbottom and district nurses for their care and attention. June would like to thank her son Lee and daughter in law Margaret, and grandsons for all their love and help, and to my husband Don for always being there for mum. Finally, sincere thanks to Rev.D.Dickinson and Christine Keenan for their kind and comforting words.
