MARION PITTS (nee Hough) Her only son Jim, on behalf of his partner Joyce Tierney, his two sons Michael and Brian and his two grandsons Ivan and Gavin, would like to thank the wonderful nurses at the East Lancashire Hospice for the gentle care they showed to Marion every hour to the very end. I would also especially like, on behalf of my mother and myself, to thank my partner Joyce for being there more than most people. I couldn't have done it without her. ..."and flights of angels"
