ARTHUR SHAW (1924-2013) Peggy Shaw and her family would like to thank the many people who attended Arthur’s funeral on 2 April. They would also like to thank everyone who sent sympathy cards and gave donations to Cancer Research UK in his memory. Peggy particularly appreciated the many thoughts and memories of Arthur people shared with her in writing and at the funeral. These comforted all the family at this difficult time. Special thanks to Dr Ashe, the district nurses and carers who looked after him so well in the last few months of his life.
