SHEILA LEVER Jennie and Pauline would like to thank relatives, friends and neighbours for their cards of condolence, expressions of sympathy, Mass offerings, practical help and donations to SHELTER at this sad time. Our sincere thanks also to the staff of the Critical Care Unit, Assessment Ward and Ward D5 at the Royal Blackburn Hospital for the care given to Sheila and us, during her last admission to hospital. A very special thank you to Barbara and Roy for all that they have done for Sheila. Thanks also to Fr. J. O'Carroll, Fr. P. Blackburn, Fr. I.G. Kelly and Fr. G.V. Barry for their prayers and ministrations. Finally, thanks to all who attended the Requiem Mass.
