JOHN EDGAR CARLYLE (IAN) The family wish to thank all family members and friends especially neighbour Mary for all their kindness, care, messages of condolence and donations received. Special thanks to dad’s ex police colleagues for attending the funeral service, he would have been so proud. Thanks also to dad’s carer Pauline, to Nicky and staff of Ward B.8. Royal Blackburn Hospital for the loving care and compassion shown by you all. Appreciation to Mr Trevor Hayes for his touching words and personal service, finally to Gregg and Tricia of Ainsworth’s Funeral Service for the manner in which the arrangements were made and carried out.
