DEREK HEARTFIELD Vanessa and family would like to thank all relatives and friends for their cards and messages of condolence and donations to Lewy Body Society following their sad loss. Special thanks to Doctor Fourie at Witton Medical Centre, to all at Housing 21, to all the staff at Birchall Care Centre especially Wendy and Emma for their care and attention to Derek and their compassion to the rest of the family. Thank you to the Vicar, Tim Wilby for a lovely service and all that attended. Thank you to everybody at the Golden Cup for a lovely buffet, and finally to Blackburn Funeral Service for the dignified way they helped us give Derek the send off we thought he deserved. Derek will be sadly missed by everybody.
