GEOFFREY MOORE (GEOFF) Viv and family would like to thank all family and friends for their support, kindness and emphathy during Geoff's illness and following his death, also for their messages of condolence and donations to Cancer Research UK. Many thanks to Dr Parikh, nurse specialists Deborah Dobson and Kath O'Hanlan and staff at the Chemotherapy Unit at the Royal Blackburn Hospital. Special thanks to Dr S Ahmed and all his staff for the continuous care, support and kindness during Geoff's illness. Special thanks to Geoff's friends and ex colleagues for contributing to the celebrations of Geoff's life by sharing their memories of him, also to the Whitehall Country Club for providing the facilities, catering and hospitality to support our personalised requirements and to Darwen Funeral Service for their support and advise. Many apologies to all those who attended the ceremony who unfortunately we were not able to thank due to the tight time schedules on the day. Please accept our sincere appreciation retrospectively.
