MIRIAM MCFARLANE Bill and family would like to express their sincere thanks to all relatives, friends and neighbours for cards of condolence, messages of sympathy and donations received for Headway during this sad time. Special thanks to all the staff of Marks and Spencer, the paramedics and staff of Royal Blackburn Hospital for all their care and help. Appreciation to Rev K. Howles for his lovely words, to Ainsworth’s Funeral Service for their efficient arrangements and to everyone who attended the funeral.
