JEAN WILMINGTON Kim, Oscar and Beverley would like express their most heartfelt thanks to all relatives, friends and neighbours for their kind messages of sympathy, cards of condolence and donations received on behalf of Alzheimer’s Society. Special thanks are extended to Dr Warren at Pendleside Medical Practice for the wonderful care given to mum. Also to the Manor House care home, Chatburn for providing amazing care and love during the past sixteen months. For all the happiness, fun and laughter she had with them and for making her feel so welcome, for the wonderful times that Kim, Oscar and Beverley had at Manor House with mum and the residents and the friendships that were made. Special thanks to Emma, Tracey and Judith at The Manor House. To all her friends for all the support given and the love they shared with her. To Carl and Lianna at Champ Funeral Services for the warmth and support at this difficult time and for Lianna’s special words at the funeral ceremony.
