TERENCE MICHAEL HOLCROFT The family of Terry would like to thank all relatives and friends who joined us to celebrate the life of Terry, For cards of condolence, kind expressions of sympathy and donations during there time of deep sorrow. Special thanks to Dr Marlborogh, Dr Ferreira, all staff on ward B4 for their constant care during terrys illness, to Leanne, Kerry, Kevin, Margaret, Brian and Russell for being there for us at a moments notice, to Kim, John and Bernie for the constant supply of food, Canon Jude for a lovely service, Holly for her beautiful song, Marilyn and girls for the gorgeous buffet staff at Mill Hill Club, Blackburn Funeral Services for making sure everything went smoothly, lastly to Terry my world you will be sadly missed by all who had the pleasure to know and love you. Forever in our hearts.
