DR. MAMDOUH M AHMED Patricia, Sharif and Ophelia would like to convey their gratitude for the innumerable messages of sympathy & support at this very difficult time. In particular we would like to thank those who managed to attend the memorial services at the Segar Street Mosque & the Accrington Crematorium Chapel, and also at the burial grounds in Whalley, your presence was greatly appreciated. We also wish to highlight the very generous donations people have made in memory of Mamdouh to his favourite charities: British Heart Foundation and Cancer Research. The show of loyalty & affection from his former patients & friends has been a source of great solace and pride. Finally we would like to convey our thanks to Lianna Champ and her team at Champ Funerals who have supported us in making some very difficult choices.
