JOHN HAMER (JACK) Hilda wishes to thank her nephews and their wives and friends for their flowers and messages of sympathy. The staff at Chorley I.C.U., Dr Gunn and Dr Ahmed, Clarriots Care, Reverend David Ward for his prayers and comfort, and Altys for their kindness. Michael for his transport. Our amazing grandchildren Alexandra and Luke for caring for their grandad, finally our daughter Elizabeth not just for her practical help, but the immeasurable love she has shown me.
