DAVID DUCKWORTH Ann and family would like to express their sincere thanks to relatives, friends and neighbours for the many cards of condolence, kind expressions of sympathy and donations received during this sad time. We would like to thank Crossroads for their care of David over the last 14 years, especially Hannah and Pat. Woodhaven Day Centre for their loving attention two days a week. Hope House for their excellent care during David's final weeks. Dr. Burke, Dr. Cliffe and staff at the Cabin Surgery for their long term care of David. Also Father Martin for his kind words of ministration and lovely service. Sharon for the excellent buffet and finally Rishton Funeral Services for their professional and dignified arrangements.
