CATHARINE MARY DIXON Sylvia and Jeffrey and family would like to express their sincere thanks to all relatives, friends and neighbours for cards of condolence, kind expressions of sympathy and floral tributes received during their time of sorrow. Special thanks to all the staff on ward C11 at the Royal Blackburn Hospital, the carers at Housing 21 for their care and support, and to Monsignor Peter Wilkinson for his kind words and ministrations.
