PHILIP HOWARD On Tuesday 5th January 2021, suddenly at his home, Philip, aged 59 years, of Stonyhurst Road, Blackburn. Philip will be sadly missed by all his family and his friends at Silicone Engineering, Blackburn where he was well respected by all his colleagues. At rest in the Grimshaw Park Funeral Home. A 3.00 pm service and committal will take place on Wednesday 27th January at Pleasington Crematorium.
