RUTH BOARDMAN ( NEE: SHUTTLEWORTH ) On Wednesday February 24th 2021 peacefully at Birch Hall Nursing Home, Darwen, Ruth aged 96 years. Beloved partner of the late Jack Boardman, dear mother of the late Pat, sister of the late Herbert, Elsie, Bill and Peggy, loving grandmother of John, Cathy and Elizabeth also a loving great grandmother and great great grandmother. Reposing in the Darwen Chapel of Rest, Blackburn Road, Darwen. The funeral service will take place at Pleasington Crematorium on Tuesday March 9th at 12.00noon.
