MICHAEL CHAPMAN Peacefully after a long illness on Wednesday 17th March 2021 at Each Step Care Home and formerly of Rockcliffe Street Blackburn, Michael aged 75 years. A much loved father of Sharlene and Vaughan and father-in-law of Tony. During the current circumstances, a private family service and cremation will be held at Pleasington on Wednesday 31st March 2021 at 11.00am. Very sad news of the passing of my good friend and ex doubles partner. Mick was a lovely bloke who wouldn't hurt a fly. He was a real character and made us all laugh with his interesting stories. Also, what a bowler and definitely one of the best East Lancashire has ever produced. You'll be missed Chappy but never forgotten. Sincere condolences to Sharlene and the rest of Micks family.
