MARGARET 'PEGGY' HAWORTH Peacefully on Wednesday, 28th April 2021 at Birch Hall Care Centre, Darwen. Peggy aged 87 years, the dearly loved wife of Alan, a much loved mum, grandma and great grandma. Will be sadly missed by her loving family and many friends. During the current circumstances, a private family service will be held at Pleasington Crematorium on Tuesday, 11th May at 12.15 p.m. Family flowers only, or if so desired, donations may be made in memory of Peggy to The Alzheimer's Society. c/o Ainsworth's Funeral Service, Church Bank Street, Darwen, BB3 3HA. My condolencies to you Alan and your family .I have fond memories of Peggy ,she was the 1st person tome when I started at DGS in 1948 ,she was one of the older girls 5 years older than I was. Memories of you too Alan,such a lovely couple .We caught up many times when we visited UK from Australia and chatted about the 'old times' xx
