BETTY ASHBY On Sunday 5th September 2021, peacefully passed away at 12:53 a.m, on Ward C14a, Royal Blackburn Hospital, surrounded by her partner and her family, Betty, aged 78 years, of Blackburn. Beloved Partner of 49 years to Lynn and a much loved Mum and Nanna Apple. The family would like to thank all the doctors, nurses and staff of Wards C22 and C14a for all their care and support. At rest in the Grimshaw Park Funeral Home. A 3:00p.m. service will take place in Pleasington Cemetery Chapel on Thursday 16th September followed by interment in the cemetery. Flowers welcome or, if preferred, donations may be made to Cancer Research UK.
