TAYLOR Francis (Frank) On 6th December 2021, Frank of St Anne's-on-sea and formerly of Blackburn, passed away suddenly in Blackpool Victoria Hospital aged 81 years. Dearly loved husband of Brenda, much loved father to Alyson and Howard and a treasured grandfather to Finlay, Abigail, Campbell and Martha-Rose. A born engineer, Frank was a Technical Director of local firm Warwick and Bailey and retired in 2004.
