HARTLEY Jean On Tuesday 15th February 2022, at Higher Bank Residential Care Home, Jean, aged 91 years, formerly of Whalley New Road, Blackburn. The dearly loved wife of the late Jim, much loved mother of Paul, Glenis, Stephen and Peter and a dear mother in law, Nan and great Nan. At rest in the Scales Funeral Home. Service at Beacon Elim Pentecostal Church on Friday 25th February at 1.00pm prior to interment at Pleasington Cemetery.
