WALSH Jean On 12th February 2022, Jean, aged 82 years, daughter of the late George and Mabel. The devoted sister of George, the late Reece, Irene and Kathleen and adored aunty to all of their children. A much-loved sister in law and great aunty. Long-time resident of Brinscall, parishioner and previously churchwarden of St. Paul's in Withnell. Fun-loving colleague, including at the Telephone Exchange in Blackburn and the Dry Cleaners in Brinscall and on Blackburn Market. A close friend for many, who brought happiness to those who had the pleasure of her company. She will always be missed, but the memories of spending time with Jean will bring comfort to those who had the privilege of knowing her. At rest in the Grimshaw Park Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held at St. Paul's Church, Withnell on Monday 28th February 2022 at 12 noon prior to burial at Heapey.
