PENNINGTON Alan Peacefully following a short illness on Wednesday 9th March 2022 at Royal Blackburn Hospital. Alan aged 81 years. The dearly loved husband of the late Sylvia, a much loved father of Howard and Andrew, a devoted grandpa of Lucy, Alex, Harley, Nic, and Aaron, fondly remembered by Karen and also a dear brother of Lois and the late Harry. Alan will be sadly missed by his loving family and friends. A service will be held at St James Church, Blackamoor on Monday 21st March 2022 at 1.30pm, prior to a burial in Pleasington Cemetery. Family flowers only, or if so desired, donations may be made in memory of Alan to the Alzheimer's Society, c/o The Alty Funeral Service. Enq.
