Dear Lyn, I was so shocked to hear of your passing last week. How cruel is life that you were robbed of a long and healthy retirement after working so hard for the NHS? I'm glad that we got to know one another over the last few years - we worked well together and you truly helped me to develop. I really appreciated your support and challenge at work. I also trusted you with personal problems and you were so patient, thoughtful and helpful with me. I'm grateful for the impact you had both on me personally and professionally and on the team we managed. You brought about quality, professionalism and stability. You talked to me about your children and how proud you were of them, as well as your life with Danny. I pray they are comforted by happy memories with you and I wish dear lady that you rest in peace. My love to you and yours, Lisa xx

So sad to hear this news. She probably used to despair when i called her Charners! Definately a big part of the team and despite her being incredibly private, when she talked about her family it was always with great love. Even when I worked with her, she was on retirement countdown! RIP Charners, you will be fondly remembered ❤
