HUBBERSTEY Wilfrid 'Willie' Peacefully, on Tuesday 27th February 2024 at East Lancs Hospice, after a long illness bravely fought, Willie, aged 68 years. The dearly loved husband of Barbara, much loved father of Tom and Catherine, dear father-in-law of Leanne, loved brother of John, Barbara, Margaret, Anne and David, dear brother-in-law of Andrew, Edward, Martin, Christine, Janet and John, Tim and Tracey and also a dear uncle, great-uncle and cousin. Willie will be sadly missed by his loving family and many friends. A Requiem Mass will be celebrated on Friday 15th March 2024 10:00 am at Pleasington Priory, followed by a cremation. Family flowers only, or if so desired, donations may be made in memory of Willie to East Lancs Hospice, c/o The Alty Funeral Service.
