PALMER Phyllis Phyllis Palmer passed away at her home in Accrington on 2nd June 2024 aged 96 years. She was the beloved wife of the late Harley, much loved mum of Stuart and the late Lyndon, loved grandma of Helen and Carol and auntie of Norma. Funeral service and cremation will be held at Accrington Crematorium on Wednesday 19th June at 11.00am.
