Former Assistant Blackburn Diocesan Secretary and Clergy Widows Officer Peacefully on 22nd October 2024 at home in the village of Freckleton, George
aged 85 years. Much loved partner of Michael and dear brother of Ian, Peter and the late Sheila. George will be greatly missed by all his family
and many friends. Funeral Service at St. Cuthbert’s Church, Lytham on Friday 15th November at 2.15pm followed by a private cremation. Family flowers only please, donations if desired may be sent to The Blue Skies Hospitals Fund for the work of The Macmillan Windmill Unit at Blackpool Victoria Hospital c/o the Funeral Director, David Pope, Lytham Funeral Service Ltd. 42 Clifton Street, Lytham FY8 5EW Tel.
