The Bukhara restaurant is to open in Manchester this spring it has been announced.
This will be the third restaurant opening by the Bukhara brand with the inaugural restaurant in Samlesbury opened since 2004 and Rumi by Bukhara based in Liverpool in 2014.
The restaurant will be housed in the Old Cheetham town Hall, on Cheetham Hill Road in Manchester.
As well as a new restaurant, Bukhara Manchester will simultaneously launch Bukhara Banqueting.
Bukhara Banqueting will host weddings, parties, birthdays, anniversaries and mehndis with a capacity of 550 guests.
It will include corporate meeting facilities and a children's room. Bukhara Banqueting embodies an amalgamation of tradition and passion driven by unparalleled service.
The dedicated banqueting facilities marks a strong and confident growth in the Bukhara brand allowing guests to enjoy acclaimed Bukhara hospitality on a grand scale.
Restaurateur, Faruk Patel said, “Manchester is renowned throughout the UK for its cultural vibrancy, so it was only fitting that our expansion was in the heart of this iconic city.
“We’ve spent the last six months preparing for this project. Our sumptuous menu entails focused, creative Indian cuisine based on the perfect ingredients.
“Eating out should be a memorable experience which we want to enhance in a refined and classic ambiance.
“The reason we appeal to families who return to us consistently is because Bukhara is reputable for our fine dining take on traditional favourites.
“We deliver a cuisine that reflects the best that our British Asian culture has to offer. Bukhara Banqueting is a continuum in our journey.
“The same fine dining experience will be offered in a contemporary, yet prestigious space where the client will host their momentous occasion, be it a wedding, anniversary or birthday.
“The most important decision when hosting an event is the choice of venue. Undoubtedly, the overriding memory of any function is the quality and selection of the food.
“Whilst there are many wedding and mehndi venues in the region, I am confident that Bukhara Banqueting will have guests talking about their event for years.”
The site, which was previously Saffron Restaurant, is currently undergoing refurbishment and is set to open in April.
