A newly wed Egyptian man divorced his wife after four months because of the amount of money she spent on facial masks made from yogurt.

The 28-year-old husband told the court, "She would ask me to buy huge amounts of yogurt. In the end, it turned out she was using the quantities in her face masks. She doesn't care about me, doesn't spend time with me and only talks to me when she wants me to buy things for her.”

According to Elfagr.com, the man tried reconciling with his wife but filed for divorce after she left their marital home.

He called her a "spoiled only child" and said she was “obsessive” about her skincare regime.
