A charity fun day is being held to help raise funds for the victims of the Turkey and Syria Earthquake.
The event will take place at Bangor Street Community Centre on Saturday 18 February from 11am. It will feature a variety of small stalls and is being organised by volunteers from Blackburn.
The magnitude 7.8 and 7.5 quakes struck nine hours apart in south-eastern Turkey and Syria on February 6.
Over 40,000 people have killed, with the death toll expected to rise considerably as search teams find more bodies, and towns and cities inhabited by millions reduced to fragments of concrete and twisted metal.
